Chuao chocolatier is the first Venezuelan chocolatier based in the United States, founded in 2002 by Master Chef Michael Antonorsi and his brother, in honor of their Venezuelan cacao farmer ancestors and their desire to bring innovative, ultra-premium chocolate to San Diego. Each decadent chocolate, crafted with ethically sourced cacao, offers a truly exquisite flavor profile from sultry spice to salty sweet.
